Free Signature Guarantees
Signature Guarantees are defined as a warranty, with respect to the signature of a security or an originator of an instruction regarding a security, that at the time of signing:
- The signature was genuine;
- The signer was an appropriate person to sign; and
- The signer had a legal capacity to sign
Signature Guarantees can only be completed for established members of Beehive Federal Credit Union.
