How do I update my address?

To change your address, you have 3 options:

  • Log in to your online banking at, select – User Settings – Edit address from the Menu Bar. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Phone request – call 208-656-1000 and speak with an agent to get it updated.
  • Submit a signed letter to us via mail, fax, or email. Your request should include your full name, account number, current address, phone number, signature, and date.

How do I change my PIN/password?

Beehive Federal Credit Union is happy to accommodate changes in PINs and passwords.

  • To change your Online Banking password, log in to Online Banking, click on the three lines at the top left corner and select User Profile – Settings.
  • To change your Touch-Tone Teller PIN, call 208-656-8500, login, and press 4 to access “Special Services” and press 1.
  • To change your ATM, debit, or credit card PIN, bring the card into a Beehive branch or call 1-866-297-3411.

How do I unfreeze a credit file?

If you’re applying for a mortgage or other loans and have frozen credit files, you must unfreeze them with the credit bureaus for a lender to pull your credit report. To do this, you must contact each credit bureau directly, typically by mail, telephone, or online, to obtain a file access PIN and request that the file is unfrozen. You can permanently or temporarily unfreeze your file; however, if temporarily, you may need to provide further authorization to pull your credit file for your mortgage loan officer.

How do I transfer funds between banks?

EFTs allow you to send funds to or receive money from other institutions on a one-time or a recurring basis for free. Click on the links below to fill out a direct transfer form.

How do I wire money domestically or internationally?

Beehive can wire money to almost any domestic or international location for a very nominal wire fee. The deadline for sending domestic outgoing wires is 2:00p.m. and for outgoing international wires is 1:00p.m. For questions about wiring funds you may contact us at 208-656-1000.

How do I schedule automatic transfers?

These allow you to schedule the transfer of a preset dollar amount on any day of the month. Transfers can go to a loan, savings account, or any other account at Beehive.
